Bringing the First World Horticultural Exposition in U.S. History to Minnesota
Expo 2031 Minnesota, USA is leading the development of America’s first-ever A1 International Horticultural Exhibition — a global-scale World’s Fair–level event recognized by the International Association of Horticultural Producers (AIPH).
This six-month exposition will position Minnesota as a global hub for horticulture, agriculture, health, water & energy innovation, and future technologies.

A Collaboration of Investor Partners and Regional Leaders
The initiative is being advanced by the legal organizing entity and a coalition of investor partners, private-sector collaborators, public agencies, and global industry leaders, all working together to design and develop this next-generation economic engine. The Dakota County Community Development Agency is our fiscal agent any future public funding Expo 2031 Minnesota USA would receive from federal or state funding sources providing proper governance.

A 240-Acre Master-Planned Expo Site in Dakota County, Minnesota
We are completing the conceptual master plan for a 240-acre World’s Fair–scale site in Dakota County, Minnesota — centered on a groundbreaking horticultural stage, five climate-zone biodomes, the USA Pavilion, global pavilions, and a transformative legacy district designed to live on for decades.
Expo 2031 Minnesota, USA is currently in the process of securing the land required to bring this historic development to life.
